Shipping to Amazon Fulfillment Centers:
We understand the importance of efficiently managing your inventory on Amazon. Therefore, we offer shipping services directly to Amazon fulfillment centers as well as prep services.
When placing your order, simply provide us with the necessary Amazon shipment labels.
We’ll coordinate with UPS or 3rd party logistics team to ensure your products are shipped to the designated Amazon fulfillment centers promptly.
Backordered Items:
If a product is not currently in stock, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated restocking date.
For back-ordered items, we offer the option to ship the products directly to you or your preferred location.
If you choose to have back-ordered items shipped to you first, we’ll expedite the process to minimize any delays in fulfilling your order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
You can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the provided tracking link or by logging into your FLO Distribution account.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
